At the March meeting we had a stunning demonstration from a local chocolatier / confectioner Ben Lee. Ben demonstrated how to work with chocolate and created a stunning water lily, assisted by member Anne Weston.
Following the meeting and Guest Speaker at the March meeting we had a St.David's Day supper comprising of Leek & Potato Soup, followed by Bara Brith. Thank you to all those who made the soup. Also, huge thanks to Helen for creating an interesting spin on the raffle prize.
Each member returned home with a little pamper pack for Mother's day with the compliments of Delyth Jones our President
